Main Objectives and Tasks

Ensure flight safety at every stage of the operation, respecting EASA regulations, operating procedures and Air Dolomiti and Lufthansa Group standards;

Being a leader for the crew, creating a collaborative and motivating environment on board through clear and effective communication combined with excellent conflict management;

Enhance each team member by promoting an inclusive culture in which everyone feels an integral part of the company's success;

Making quick and aware decisions, managing operations with pragmatism and professionalism;

Ensure an excellent travel experience for passengers, through clear communication and a service-oriented approach;

Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by providing feedback and actively collaborating with ground teams and other departments;

Operate with responsibility and sustainability, optimizing resources and reducing the environmental impact.

Requirements

In addition to excellent decision-making and team work skills and a solid operational background gained exclusively in the field of airline operations, this position requires:

EASA ATPL (A);

Minimum 5000 total flight hours in the context of airline operations;

Minimum 1500 hours from PIC in the context of airline operations (MTOW > 19T);

Medical Class I;

High school diploma;

EU citizenship or residence and work permit without restrictions;

Passport valid. If you do not have an EU passport, there must be no stricter entry restrictions than an EU passport;

Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken (ICAO Level 4 or higher);

Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, written and spoken (e.g. Level B2 or higher).

The selection takes place according to Air Dolomiti standards. It is possible to recognize selection procedures already carried out within the Lufthansa Group.
