Bertelsmann Aviation GmbH has been a commercial flight company based at Paderborn / Lippstadt Airport since 2010 and employs over 20 permanent employees. In the field of company aviation, Bertelsmann Aviation GmbH operates two business jets and a Part 145 certified maintenance company. We manage our own aircraft based on individual passenger requests.
You can expect:
Use as a captain on company aircraft (Falcon 2000LXS) with homebase: PAD
Organization and monitoring of the training for new employees
Supervision and support of the training of flying and operational personnel
Editorial responsibility for training guidelines and documentation (e.g. B. OM-D, Syllabi)
Cooperation with national and European authorities (extensive knowledge of the regulations of EASA and LBA)
Assessment and minimization of operational risks in training and flight operations (SMS)
Standardization and testing of external training organizations and partners
Supporting the NPFO in setting operating standards
You bring this with you:
You have an EASA ATPL (A) with a valid jet type rating
You have at least 5000 hours of total flight experience collected, of which at least 2000 PIC hours on CS-25 aircraft
You are qualified as a Type Rating Instructor (TRI) or Type Rating Examiner (TRE)
You have a class 1 medical certificate
You will at least reach the ICAO Language Proficiency Level 5
You have a valid ZÜP
You are characterized by flexibility in terms of time and feel like actively shaping processes
