Simulator training as instructor (SFI/TRI) on modern A320 simulators
Holding theoretical training sessions for our pilots
Evaluating training performance and providing targeted support for our crews
Promoting further development and co-design of training programs

Requirements
In addition to your strong training skills and ability to work in a team, you will need the following for this vacancy:
EASA ATPL with valid TRI/SFI authorization for the A320
Several years of training experience as SFI/TRI on the A320
High social and didactical competence
Very good communication skills in German and English
Willingness for continuous training and development
Structured and solution-oriented way of working
