Here you not only take off, but also bring others up in the air! As an instructor, you play a key role in pilot training – with your knowledge and experience, you ensure top quality and maximum safety. Your mission includes the following tasks:
Instructions for type rating training for our main customer SWISS International Airlines and other customers
Independent, competence and participant-centered implementation of the training with a high level of commitment
Coordination of training according to EASA guidelines and customer requirements
Documentation of the completed sessions
Floating environment

Requirements
Teach flies – convey safety, share knowledge, shape pilots! You are the right person for us if you bring the following:
You own or have an ATPL license from an EASA country
Valid Airbus A320 Type Rating rating (or expired in the past three years) and held an SFI authorization (or higher) for Airbus A320
Fluent in German and English (ICAO Level 4)
You are able to be available at least five days a month (three effective working days)
Flexibility paired with independence and creativity
Strong sense of responsibility as well as intercultural skills and pronounced customer orientation
Good IT skills, especially MS Office

Lufthansa Aviation Training Switzerland AG (LAT CH) with a total of around 300 employees is part of the Lufthansa Aviation Training Group. Around 8,000 graduates complete their training and further education as cockpit and cabin crews in the LAT Training Center in Zurich-Opfikon. This also includes basic pilot training at the European Flight Academy in Zurich (theory) and Grenchen (practice). LAT Switzerland's customers include SWISS, Edelweiss, other airlines as well as the Rega and the Swiss Air Force.
