Rishworth is supporting our growing client Botswana for an experienced ATR72-212A / ATR 72-600 Type Rating Instructor to join their training team in Gaborone. This full-time position offers a competitive net salary and comprehensive expatriate benefits and focuses exclusively on training, checking, and standards oversight, no rostered flying duties.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver ATR72-212A / ATR 72-600 line checking duties to the pilots across the airline.
Conduct training in accordance with Air Botswana and regulatory standards
Maintain currency and compliance on TRI/TRE
Provide simulator instruction; SFI qualification considered an added advantage
Support continuous improvement of training programmes and safety standards
Requirements
Current ATR72-212A / ATR 72-600 TRI/TRE
Strong instructional background with proven training delivery
SFI qualification advantageous
Ability to relocate full-time to Gaborone
