Become a Course Instructor & Co-Creator

​

As a Course Instructor or Co-Creator, you will work with us to develop digital learning products such as video courses, online training programs, interactive learning software, training tools, e-books, study guides, checklists, as well as assessment, simulator, and exam preparation products.

​

You take the lead on content and contribute your subject-matter expertise — we support you structurally, didactically, and technically from the first idea through to production, launch, and marketing of your product.

​

For Course Instructors and Co-Creators, we offer clear and fair compensation models depending on the project and your individual preference. These include fixed, project-based fees for your content creation as well as revenue-based profit-share models, allowing you to participate in the long-term, scalable success of your product.

​

We place strong emphasis on clear agreements, transparent reporting, and fair partnerships built on mutual respect.

​

In addition, we take care of all operational and technical aspects for you. This includes didactic structure and course design, technical implementation across our LMS, software, and platform infrastructure, production and post-processing of video, audio, and digital content, as well as marketing, sales, and visibility.

​

You also benefit from access to our community and reach — allowing you to fully focus on your expertise while we handle the rest.
