We expect you to have:
Part-FCL ATPL with valid type rating on A320 family
Valid Instrument Rating and PBN/RNP endorsement
Valid Proficiency Check for Commander role
Class 1 Medical Certificate (Part MED compliant)
ICAO English proficiency – minimum level 4
Clear criminal record
Recommendation letter (preferred)
Minimum 3,000 total flight hours
Minimum 2,000 hours on transport aircraft
Minimum 500 hours on type
Your responsibilities will include:
Interview panel review
Simulator assessment on Airbus A320 (practical, theoretical & CRM skills)
Psychological evaluation
Review of flight experience, last flight recency, and English proficiency
Background reference checks
