Key Responsibilities
As a Captain, you’ll hold full responsibility for the safety, security, and operation of the aircraft, its crew, and passengers, from the moment you arrive at the aircraft until engines shut down post-flight. Your leadership and judgment will be key in ensuring every journey is safe, efficient, and in line with both regulatory and company standards.
You’ll:
1. Oversee all aspects of aircraft operation during flights
2. Make critical decisions during normal and non-normal operations
3. Lead and support the flight crew, setting a professional standard onboard
4. Ensure all procedures are followed and adapted safely as needed
5. Set an example in communication, professionalism and safety culture
Skills and Knowledge
We’re looking for Captains with strong technical ability, excellent communication and a professional approach to leadership and crew collaboration.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
1. Full ATPL (UK CAA) with a current Class 1 Medical
2. Currently or recently operated in command on a multi-crew aircraft (MTOW >10t or 19+ pax)
3. In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety practices, and flight operations.
4. Ability to stay calm under pressure and make timely and sound decisions
5. Proven teamwork and leadership skills
6. Right to live and work in the UK
Desirable:
7. Valid ERJ 145 or ATR 42/72 Type Rating
