Job Description
Are you a motivated and technically proficient pilot who delivers excellence? We’re looking for Direct Entry Captains to join our growing team. To become one of our A350 or A380 Captains, you will need a minimum of 7,000 hours total flying time in multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft (only time in the operating seat of a turboprop and/or turbojet aircraft is counted; simulator time is excluded).
Total Pay and Benefits Package
Enjoy a tax-free annual total package of up to AED 1,185,000 (USD 320,000). This includes:
Annual take-home cash: AED 575,000 (USD 155,000), comprising annualised basic salary and flying pay
Monthly take-home cash: AED 48,000 (USD 13,000), based on an average of 85 flying hours

Qualification
To become one of our Airbus Captains, you will need:
Minimum 7000hrs total flying time (excluding P3, rotary and single/multi-engine piston aircraft)
For A380, you must have a minimum of 3000 hours PIC on Airbus FBW Wide Body For A350, you must have a minimum of 3000 hours PIC on a multi-crew, multi-engine commercial jet aircraft with MTOW of >50T AND a minimum 1500 hours must be as a Captain on an Airbus FBW Wide Body aircraft.
You must currently be flying on an Airbus FBW Wide Body a as Captain
Minimum 150hrs in past 12 months on Airbus FBW Wide Body a as Captain
A valid ICAO ATPL with a matching Authority Class 1 Medical
ICAO English level 5 or above
