In MAC, we have vast experience as an air cargo and ACMI operator, currently operating and managing a fleet consisting of approximately 20 Boeing freighters with bases in Cologne and Leipzig, Germany, and Billund, Denmark.

What you’ll be doing:
• Participate in all overall decisions regarding flight training, including decisions at the Chief Flight Instructor level or lower if necessary.
• Constantly monitor and check all training within the company.
• Represent Maersk Air Cargo on all flight training matters and issues.
• Draft basic syllabi for pilots together with the Chief Flight Instructors, ensuring that training syllabi comply with regulations.
• Support the development and follow-up on training SPI/KPI.
• Assist in developing Prodefis TPMS.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing systems and processes.
